Arts Center. The classes are held on Thursdays, from 9a.m.-12. For a supply

July 12th 2008 Joe will be teaching two oil and pastel - one day workshops this Summer. through the Manhattan Beach Creative Arts Center. The workshops are held on Saturdays, from 9a.m.-2pm. Artists may use pastels or oils.
